Qantas Agency Connect Service Requests enables you 24/7 access to a suite of support tools to assist in managing your customer booking requirements.

My Requests

My Requests allows you to view and track Service Requests made through Qantas Agency Connect.

For each Service Request raised you will receive a unique My Request number which is viewable for six months. Service Requests include schedule changes, fare quotes or fare reassessments, flights cancelled in error and fare rule waivers.
