Qantas Agency Connect is a dedicated online portal which provides Travel Agents with the tools to self-service their customers' bookings anytime.
We service travel agents only. We are unable to assist customers who have booked directly with Qantas.

Qantas Agency Connect Service Requests enables you 24/7 access to a suite of support tools to assist in managing your customer booking requirements.
Below are the most common self-service requests, or you can view all Service Requests here.
If a service request cannot be actioned online, please contact the Qantas Agency Connect team for assistance.
The Qantas Agency Connect site is available to you 24/7 for service requests, policies and information. Please contact us for:
- Schedule Changes when unable to be actioned online
- Fare reassessment for imminent departures
- Any fare reassessments that cannot be requested online and oneworld fare quotes and reassessments
Sport events, family reunions, mining operations, conferences, incentives and more. If you are booking a group of 10 or more, or have 20 or more customers' travelling to the same destination for a common purpose, Qantas Group Travel has you covered.
