Yes, you are welcome to join Qantas Business Rewards and earn on most partners, but only GST-registered businesses are eligible to earn Qantas Points from flights. To change the account manager, the existing account manager should send an email to qantasbusinessrewardsteam@qantasloyalty.com from the email address currently listed in the Qantas Business Rewards account. Please include "change of account manager" in the subject line. The email needs to contain a written authorisation on company letterhead, hand signed by the existing account manager with the following details of the new account manager:
Name, email address, phone contact and Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number.

It may take up to two business days to change the account manager, once the email request has been received.

An account manager is the individual who sets up the account and represents the business for Qantas Business Rewards. The account manager has full permission for all functions related to the account and is able to add and manage other users, transfer Qantas Points to an individual's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership account, make and amend flight bookings on behalf of the business and access the business' Points Activity Statement. Other users can be added by the account manager or their delegate and can manage various account functions according to the permissions they are given. A discounted Qantas Club membership of 20% is available to your employees. The account manager, registered user of your business' account, or the employee can call the Qantas Business Rewards service centre on 13 74 78 to set up the membership.

No, your business' Qantas Business Rewards account and your individual Qantas Frequent Flyer account are totally separate. An individual has sole access to their Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
However, if that individual is an authorised account manager or administrator for the Qantas Business Rewards account, they can access the Qantas Business Rewards account.
Try again and ensure you are using the correct email address and the password exactly as you set it for your Qantas Business Rewards account. Passwords are case-sensitive.

To connect your Qantas Business Rewards and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to qantas.com on a desktop or mobile responsive device. You’ll need to log in using your Frequent Flyer membership number and PIN
2. Navigate to your Profile and select ‘Connect Business Rewards’
3. From here, follow the prompts to connect your Qantas Business Rewards and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts.
Receive an email to the email address linked to your Frequent Flyer account to confirm that your accounts are now connected

If you’d like to disconnect your Qantas Business Rewards and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts, you can do this by selecting the ‘Connect Business Rewards’ option in your Profile and click on ‘Disconnect’ for the Business Rewards account that you want to disconnect.
Once disconnected, you'll still see the option to book for your business when booking flights from your Frequent Flyer account. This can be turned off at any time in the ‘Manage PeopleOpens external site' section of your Business Rewards account.
Information related to your personal Qantas Frequent Flyer account will not be displayed in your Qantas Business Rewards account. Only you can see the information in your Frequent Flyer account when you are logged in to qantas.com.
Once you’ve connected your Qantas Business Rewards and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts, you can book flights for your business from either of your accounts.
Whether you choose to book for your business from your Business Rewards account or your Frequent Flyer account, you’ll receive savings on eligible flights. That’s in addition to your Frequent Flyer tier benefits.
You can also continue to book business flights with your travel agent. Remember to tell them your ABN and account code to ensure savings and points are earned on eligible flights.

Yes, you can connect two or more Business Rewards accounts to your Frequent Flyer account. You can do this via the “Connect Business Rewards” option in your ProfileOpens external site page.
To enable self-booking for travellers, they must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, be added as a traveller and have this feature enabled in the Manage peopleOpens external site page .
Once enabled, they can log in to the Qantas app, qantas.com or Qantas Business Rewards and be given an option to book flights for a personal or business trip.
You can enable and disable self-booking for travellers on an individual basis from the Manage peopleOpens external site page after logging in to your dashboard.
