The number of Qantas Points earned on Eligible Flights by your business each Membership Year determines your business' level in Qantas Business Rewards. Yes, all Qantas flights for your business can be conveniently booked and managed through Qantas Business Rewards. Once logged in, members will have discounts and Qantas Points for eligible flights automatically apply. Alternatively you may wish to book through your preferred travel agent.
If your booking was made through a travel agent, ask your agent to change the ABN to the correct one before you travel. If your booking was made on qantas.com or through a Qantas Contact Centre, please call the Qantas Contact Centre on 13 74 78 (and select flight booking option) between 7AM to 7PM Monday to Friday and Qantas will amend the ABN for you.
For the first flight, you will need to call the Qantas Business Rewards Service Centre on 13 74 78 between 7AM to 7PM (AEST) Monday to Friday for assistance in claiming points, between 7 and 90 days after the flight.
To ensure your business earns Qantas Business Rewards Points on future flights, confirm the correct ABN has been entered by: asking your travel agent to change the ABN to the correct one if your booking was made through a travel agency; if your booking was made on qantas.com or through a Qantas Contact Centre, please call Qantas Contact Centre on 13 74 78 (and select flight booking option). They can amend the ABN for you.

When travellers book through the Qantas App they will not have access to company credit cards saved in your Qantas Business Rewards account.
As you go through the booking process, qantas.com guides you where to input the ABN. However, if you've been added as a stored traveller with self-booking enabled in Qantas Business Rewards, simply log in to your Frequent Flyer account on qantas.com and choose 'business' in the booking flow. The ABN will be automatically added.
You'll also have access to exclusive member savings on flights ensuring maximum cost savings for the business.

Qantas Business Direct was shut down in June 2018, however all of the features and tools you're used to are now available via Qantas Business Rewards.
Any bookings that were made via Qantas Business Direct will automatically show in Manage company bookingsOpens external site when you log in to Qantas Business Rewards.
For your privacy, any stored credit cards were not migrated to your Qantas Business Rewards account. However, you can easily restore these details the next time you make a booking. Just make sure to click the 'Store my details for next time' link on the payment page when making your next booking.
An account manager is the individual who sets up the account and represents the business for Qantas Business Rewards. The account manager has full permission for all functions related to the account and is able to add and manage other users, transfer Qantas Points to an individual's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership account, make and amend flight bookings on behalf of the business and access the business' Points Activity Statement.

To enable self-booking for travellers, they must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, be added as a traveller and have this feature enabled in the Manage peopleOpens external site page.
Once enabled, they can log in to the Qantas app, qantas.com or Qantas Business Rewards and be given an option to book flights for a personal or business trip.
