See your bookings with us and, where possible, make changes, update your personal details, redeem your Flight Credit and more.
If your flight has been changed or cancelled by Qantas, we'll be in contact. Find out more information on booking changes.
If your flights were booked through a travel agency or third-party website, contact these companies directly for assistance.
Check your booking or flight status for the most up-to-date information on your flights.

When you view your booking you can:
- Redeem a Flight Credit
- Check in for your flight
- Change flights
- Cancel flights, including cancel for any reason
- Purchase extra legroom seats (where available)
- Separate passengers from a booking
- Request dietary required meals for eligible flights
- Print or email your itinerary
- Purchase an additional baggage allowance
- Update your contact details
- Provide Advance Passenger Infomation for travel to the USA and Canada
Manage your hotel bookings
If you are a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can change or cancel your booking online through Qantas Hotels. Alternatively, changes can be made by calling Qantas Hotels.
View booking to:
- Cancel your car hire
- Add another car
- Update your contact details
- Print or email your itinerary
Contacts
Car hire bookings cannot be changed online. To change your booking or enquire about special requests, contact your car provider.
Activities
For enquiries about activities booked through Qantas contact our activity provider Viator, quoting your booking reference.
Airbnb
To change or cancel your Airbnb booking contact your host. For all other Airbnb queries contact Airbnb.
Transfers
For enquiries about transfers booked through Qantas contact our transfer provider Viator, quoting your reference number.
