When to visit

The best time to visit Maui, known also as “The Valley Isle,” the second largest Hawaiian island are April through May and September through November. The spring and autumn shoulder seasons provide the pleasant weather Hawaii holiday makers seek without the high rates and heavy crowds that accompany the summer and winter. Maui's warm tropical climate is fairly consistent year-round with daytime highs from 23 to 29°C. During the summer and winter, respectively. The weather on Maui is typically great for visitors year-round. The only time Maui's weather can be unpleasant is if a winter storm blankets the island with clouds and rain, but those are infrequent and shouldn't be too much of a worry.
