When to visit

The best times to visit North Carolina are from March to May and September to November when the temperatures drop from their summertime highs. As it’s springtime the flowers are in full bloom and the baseball is in full swiing, making it the perfect time to enjoy outdoor activities. The temperatures range from 15 to 27°C. Autumn (September to November), the temperatures drop to around 15°C, making a great time for outdoor hikes and the Great Pumpkin Fest event. The summer months between June and August are considered high season. Summers can be hot and humid in Charlotte, but with plenty of water-based activities - it’s still a great time to visit.
