How to earn Qantas Points with bp

Fill up on fuel or shop eligible in-store items at participating bp service stations and scan your Qantas Frequent Flyer card at the counter

Receive 2 points per litre on BP Ultimate Unleaded, 1 point per litre on all other fuels and 1 point per $1 spent on eligible in-store items into your account within seven days

Fill up on fuel or shop in-store at a participating bp

Scan your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer Card from the Qantas App, Apple Wallet or Google Pay at the counter

Select ‘accept’ when prompted on the pinpad to use points

Enter your unique, four-digit Reward Code displayed on your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card in the pinpad to finalise your transaction

How to use Qantas Points via the BPme app

Join BP Rewards and choose to earn Qantas Points, then download the BPme app

Before you fill up, open BPme and choose how many Qantas Points to use at a participating BPme service station - for a limited time, you’ll get $10 off for every 1,500 points used (usually 1,900).

Fill up and go, feeling rewarded

Important: You’ll only be prompted to use points in-store if you have a minimum of 1,900 Qantas Points in your account and spend at least $10. You’ll be prompted to use points to cover the entire transaction value only, up to a maximum of $100. If you have insufficient points, or spend over $100, you'll be required to pay the remaining balance by cash or card.

Before scanning your Frequent Flyer card at bp, you must join BP Rewards to earn Qantas Points. If you scan your Frequent Flyer card at bp but haven’t joined BP Rewards, your points won't appear in your account and will be classified as ‘pending points’. To claim the pending points you’ve accumulated at bp, you must join BP Rewards and choose to earn Qantas Points within 12 months of your first scan date. Once you’ve joined BP Rewards, the pending points you’ve accumulated will be credited to your account within seven days. However, if you don't join BP Rewards within 12 months, the pending points you’ve accumulated at bp will lapse and you will be unable to claim them.

Limited Time Offer Terms

The bp redemption discount offer runs from 00.01 (AEST) 1 August 2025 to 23.59 (AEST) 28 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”). To redeem Qantas Points at bp you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member and have a minimum balance of 1,500 Qantas Points and spend at least $10. Qantas Points can be redeemed in-store at eligible BP Rewards sites for eligible purchases by scanning a Qantas Frequent Flyer barcode and entering the Reward Code found in the Qantas App or QFF digital card. The discounted redemption rate is 1,500 Qantas Points for $10 off (usually 1,900 Qantas Points) and you must meet a minimum purchase of $10 per eligible transaction. You’ll be prompted to use points to cover the entire transaction value only, up to a maximum of $100. If you have insufficient points, or spend over $100, you'll be required to pay the remaining balance by cash or card. You are capped at a max of 15,000 points ($100 cash) per transaction or 45,000 points ($300 cash) in total per day. Eligibility

Earning points: To earn Qantas Points with BP Rewards, you must be a member of BP Rewards and choose the Qantas Points option. BP Rewards members will earn two Qantas Points per whole litre of BP Ultimate Unleaded, one Qantas Point per whole litre of all other fuel and one Qantas Point per A$1 spent in-store on eligible purchases. Members, who are BP Plus members will earn one point per whole litre of BP Ultimate Unleaded, one point per two whole litres of all other fuel, one point per A$2 spent in-store on eligible purchases. Participating bp sites only and exclusions apply. BP Rewards eligible purchases and full terms and conditions apply Eligible purchases exclude smoking products, gift cards (including iTunes), pre-paid mobile telephones, mobile recharge and pre-paid mobile phone Cards, lottery products, tolls, travel cards and public transport tickets or cards, cash outs, delivery charges, internet cafes, Australia Post or other parcel locker services, click and collect or home delivery services for products supplied from a Motor Fuel site, money transfer services or any other item not sold or paid for through the main point of sale transaction terminal at a bp site.
