Payment Information
If you are settling your account with a credit card please note there is 1.2% transaction fee on MasterCard, Visa and UnionPay and a 2.5% transaction fee on American Express, JCB and Diners Club. You may choose to change the method of payment on check-out to cash or EFTPOS as these methods of payment do not attract this fee. Bookings prepaid online via the Advanced Purchase packages do not incur the credit card surcharge.
Guarantee Information
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card. If the card used to guarantee the reservation is also going to be the method of payment, the card and it's holder must be sighted and identified at the hotel. A Photo ID will also be asked upon checkin.
Cancellation Information
You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the hotels check-in time of 2pm with no charge. Cancellations after this time will incur a one night cancellation fee.
Over Special Event periods Medina Executive Barrack Plaza reserves the right to charge full pre-payment of the booking and any cancellation is subject to a full cancellation fee equaling the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of the stay.

Parking
Upon making your reservation with us, should you require parking, this does need to be prebooked prior to arrival as space is limited. A fee of $30.00 per night per vehicle does apply and can be settled upon your departure.

Housekeeping
For stays of 3 nights or more, your room will be serviced by housekeeping every 3rd night of your stay. For stays of less than 3 nights, your room can be serviced upon request. Fresh towels and in-room amenities can be provided at no extra cost.
