Re’em Yarra Valley is a new chapter for a 15 year old business called Helen and Joey Estate. Situated in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Re’em is an on-farm visitor venue with 16 well appointed, spacious hotel suites, a restaurant and a new tasting room and wine bar for the Helen and Joey farm.*This venue hosts weddings and other events, which may result in some noise that could inconvenience our staying guests. We appreciate your understanding.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so there will be no food or dine-in service available during these days.

1. Check-In and Check-Out:

2. Reservations:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the number of rooms booked. Please review specific terms at the time of booking.
3. Payment:
We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidentals and potential damages.
4. Deposit:
A $300 deposit is required at check-in to cover damages , excessive cleaning or unpaid charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
Disturbances affecting the comfort of other guests may result in eviction without refund.
6. Smoking and Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all rooms and balconies.
Violations, including smoking or vaping in unauthorised areas, will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
7. Privacy:
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Candles:
The use of candles in guest rooms is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
9. Pets:
Pets are not permitted on the premises. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
10. Dining:
For dining options within the hotel or recommendations for local restaurants, please contact reception.
Note: Rooms do not include cooking facilities, and personal cooking equipment is not permitted.
11. Compliance:
Guests are responsible for any costs incurred if the hotel is evacuated due to violations of these policies.
12. Visitor Hours:
Non-residents are not permitted in guest rooms between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
13. Additional Guests:
Rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests unless a rollaway bed is added. Additional guests aged 5 or above will be charged $180 per person. Infants aged 0–3 years who share a bed with parents or guardians stay free of charge.
14. Liability:
The hotel is not liable for the loss of money, jewellery, or other valuables left unattended in rooms.
15. Lost Property:
Guests must contact the hotel regarding any lost property. If found, items can be posted back to the guest for a fee.
Lost property will be kept for one month before being disposed of.
16. Force Majeure:
The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. Extreme Fire Days:
No naked flames or sparklers can be used in the open.
In the case of a catastrophic code red day being declared, Re’em Yarra Valley will be closed.
We will make every attempt to reschedule your booking.
18. Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff and other guests.
19. Modification of Terms:
The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
20. Additional Information:
This venue hosts weddings and other events, which may result in some noise. We appreciate your understanding.

The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please check our opening hours here. To avoid disappointment please make your restaurant booking before arriving at the hotel.
