Cancellation Policy -
Low Season - Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged for the full stay. There is no refund for departing earlier than the booked dates.
Holiday/ Peak Periods - Bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival will be charged for the full stay. There is no refund for departing earlier than the booked dates. Note: There is a 7-night minimum stay policy for school holiday periods.
Noosa Triathlon -Bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival will be charged for the full stay. There is no refund for departing earlier than the booked dates. Note: There is a 5 night minimum over Noosa Triathlon.
Please note if you book more than 7 nights at the time of booking - as it is peak season we will not accept any changes to reduce the number of nights booked less than the original booking.
COVID Cancelations: Covid lockdowns cancellation requests made within the cancellation period will be offered a credit note or date change if the booking has been made directly with us or via our direct website. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a monetary refund within the cancellation policy period. For bookings made via online agents, you will need to refer to the terms and conditions of the website. If you are a close contact or contract Covid - no credit or refund will be offered unless we can sell the room. We suggest getting travel insurance to cover you for any illness.
