This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. Key collection is from our office at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Check in is guaranteed from 2pm.
Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
Guests are required to complete a virtual check in prior to arrival. This will include providing photo ID to match the booking name as well as signing of holiday house rules. Same day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm.
Bed Types are requests only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.Important information
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem points. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions.
