This extends to the large granite and marble bathrooms, which feature roomy showers with soothing massage jets and exclusive Jo Malone accessories. We require payment on check-in for the full room rate plus a credit card authorisation for incidentals guarantee. Incidental charges exceeding $400 will be settled to the credit card provided at check in throughout guests stay, prior to departure. A tax invoice will be emailed on all occurrences of this practise.
Cash bond is accepted at $350 per night of stay for standard rooms $500 per night for suites and $1000 per night for Penthouse suites.
A 0.8% service fee will apply to all credit card transactions, and 1.85% to Chinese Union Pay. This will also include any items charged back to your room account. such as restaurant charges.
All bookings will require presentation of photo ID (Passport or Driver's Licence) at check in.
