Please be advised that guests are required to have a credit card upon check in as pre-authorisation/security bond for the room ($300 for penthouse and $200 for all other room types). This will be used in the case of any undeclared incidentals, damages to the room, smoking fees and fire-alarm call out fee that is found upon check out.
