BNB FACILITIES AND RULES
Complimentary Self Serve Breakfast ~ Our famous ‘self serve’ breakfast is available 6:30am until 11:00am in the communal dining room upstairs so you have a choice of sleeping in or getting an early start to the day. If you have an earlier tour booked please ask, we can setup even earlier.
Kitchen Cooking ~ Our communal kitchen provides cooking facilities, if you are planning to prepare your own meal at home, a microwave, cooktop and outdoor bbq are available.
Alfresco Dining and BBQ ~ The bbq and outdoor dining area is equipped with everything you need to prepare your outdoor dining experience.
Technology ~ Our rooms have Netflix, Google Assistant and Chromcast connected to each TV. Use your iPhone or any Wifi enabled device to “cast” any video playing on your device to the TV in your apartments.
Alfresco Shower ~ If you are returning from the beach, please use our fun outdoor shower to freshen up and wash away any beach sand.
Mini Bar ~ Our mini bar operates on a honour system with no pre-payment necessary. Simply keep track of your usage and leave the cash on the desk in your room.
Laundry Washing Machine ~ Located beside the dining room is a complimentary washing machine, washing detergent, cloths baskets, ironing board and clothes dryer.
Ice Machine ~ Located in the guest laundry is a self serve ice machine. Please use the ice scoop to dispense the ice into a container.
Security ~ Hervey Bay is a safe community and for additional peace of mind, our compound is fully secured (please ensure the green door is properly closed). We have on-site staff 24/7 and a camera system in all outdoor areas and kitchen. Strangers or visitors are not permitted to enter the property, only registered guests.
Curfew ~ As most of our guests are up early to attend tours, we have a 10pm Quiet Time (curfew) to ensure a peaceful sleep for all. If you are returning late from being out, be super quiet returning to your room including, enjoying the outdoor terraces after curfew. As a shared BnB house, your TV volume must also be lowered at this time.
Smoking ~ Vaping or tobacco smoking is permitted out doors only in the carpark. Please be respectful to not allow 2nd hand smoke to disturb other guests.
Driveway Gate ~ The driveway gate is automated to 90 seconds, to avoid serious injury, please do not stand in front of or obstruct the driveway gate when closing or opening and, must be operated by an adult.
House Rules ~ By entering our property and providing payment, you have agreed to observe our rules. Guests will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to the room, furniture or facilities. We do not permit any illegal activities, offensive language, nudity, loud or disturbing behaviour and parties, including but not limited too: vaping (electronic cigarette) or tobacco smoking indoors, contraband and drugs are strictly prohibited.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Upon checking in to our property, please inspect every aspect of the accommodation. If you ARE NOT fully satisfied with the amenities and standards we have provided, please call and we will arrange a full refund. This guarantee is conditional upon you making the request with 15 minutes of checking in and that you have not disturbed or used anything in the room requiring further housekeeping.
