A security deposit (known as a hold or pre-authorisation) is required upon Check In. A pre-authorisation will be processed for every booking. For 'House Room', 'House Pad' and 'House Room 2' reservations a pre-authorisation of $100.00 per room, per night is required. For 'Corner Suite' and 'Neon Suite' a pre-authorisation of $300.00 per room, per night is required. For extensions, payment for additional nights are required no later than by 11.00am of the day of extension.
Pre-authorisation release times vary depending on which bank you are with. It is usually 5-10 days after your date of Check Out.
Hotel guests self-parking for $30 per car at day.

Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
