If your flights were booked through a travel agency or third-party website, contact these companies directly for assistance.
In addition to making bookings on qantas.com, bookings can be made through Qantas Contact Centres. Bookings and changes (where allowed) may also be available at selected Qantas airport locations and through selected social media channels in some countries. There is no booking fee when you book your flights on qantas.com (other fees may apply). A fee applies for bookings made or changed through Qantas Contact Centres, Qantas airport locations, and social media.
