To earn Qantas Points on transactions in-store, you have to scan your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card when you’re ready to pay. You can find your card in the Qantas App, your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.  Add your card to your digital wallet or download or update your Qantas App.

To earn Qantas Points on transactions online, you must add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your Skechers account and be logged into that account during checkout.

To use Qantas Points in-store, a member must advise the salesperson that they wish to use Qantas Points when asked how they would like to pay, present and scan their digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card using the latest version of the Qantas App.

To use Qantas Points online, a member must select ‘Qantas Points Plus Pay' at checkout and follow the prompts. In the event a member has enough points, they can choose to use Qantas Points to cover the entire eligible products within the order or choose to use a portion of points via Points Plus Pay when prompted at checkout, where the balance can be paid using any accepted form of payment. To use Qantas Points, an order must contain a minimum of $10 of eligible products. The minimum redemption amount is 2,000 Qantas Points for $10 off.

When shopping in-store, you'll have the option to present and scan your Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at the time of payment.

When shopping online, you must add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your Skechers account and be logged into that account during checkout.

When shopping in-store, you will be asked for your preferred form of payment. If you choose to use Qantas Points towards all or part of your purchase, you will need to present and scan your Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at the time of payment. If you have enough points, you will be prompted in the Qantas App to choose to use Qantas Points towards all or part of your purchase.

You can find your Qantas Frequent Flyer card in the Qantas App. If you wish to use points, you must use the card in the Qantas App.

For in-store purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 14 days of purchase.

For online purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of purchase, where the date of purchase for Click and Collect orders will be treated as the date of collection.

You'll earn 2 points per $1 spent on eligible transactions, excluding gift cards and shipping fees.

No, you can't earn Qantas Points on the purchase of a Gift Card. However, you can earn Qantas Points on the cash component of purchases where a Gift Card is used towards part payment.

Yes, if you're a Qantas Frequent Flyer member and have also joined the Skechers loyalty program, you can earn both Qantas Points and Skechers rewards points. To earn points across both programs, a member must sign up for a Skechers account and must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to their Skechers account and be logged into that account during checkout.

Yes, if an item is returned where Qantas Points were used towards the transaction, members will have the option of an exchange, store credit or a refund of the points redeemed.
