We recently upgraded our authentication platform. If you're experiencing issues with logging into your Business Account, we recommend following the below steps before contacting us

1. Clear your cookies and cache - for instructions on how to do this specific to your browser type, view our help pages

2. Update bookmarks - ensure you use the below URL to access your Business Account:
https://www.qantas.com/au/en/business-rewards/qbr/myaccount

3. Login to your account - use the updated link here or click 'Log In' in the top right hand corner of the page
