Important Information

A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for the business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for PayRewards Members. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the pay.com.au Terms and Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. 

Qantas Points will be transferred to the QBR Account which is linked to the relevant PayRewards account at the time of transfer. Qantas Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 days of completing the relevant transfer, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Once a transfer has been processed it is final, and cannot be refunded or reversed.

^Earn 1 Qantas Point for your business for every 2 PayRewards Points transferred to your Qantas Business Rewards (“QBR”) Account (i.e. 2 PayRewards Points = 1 Qantas Point, the “Qantas Earn Rate”). The total Qantas Point awarded is calculated by applying the Qantas Earn Rate to the number of PayRewards Points transferred. For example, if a member transferred 1500 PayRewards Points they would earn 750 Qantas Points. The minimum number of PayRewards Points that can be transferred to your QBR Account is 1250. Fractions of Qantas Points will not be allocated. 

* New pay.com.au customers will receive 25,000 bonus Qantas Points (‘Bonus Qantas Points’) for their business if: 1) they successfully open a new pay.com.au account using referral code ‘QBR25’ between 12:01am (AEST) 2 June 2025 to 11:59pm (AEST) 7 September 2025 and successfully link a valid Qantas Business Rewards Account to their pay.com.au account; and 2) within 30 days from opening their pay.com.au account, process at least AU$10,000 of Eligible Payments through pay.com.au using an Eligible Payment Method. The transactions must be completed to be eligible and cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. ~ A business can redeem Qantas Points directly from their Qantas Business Rewards account on Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay flights, paid seat selection and additional baggage allowance (when purchased at time of flight booking), and/or transfer Qantas Points out of the Qantas Business Rewards accounts into any individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account. In order to transfer or directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn, transfer and redeem Qantas Points as an individual. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
