When to visit

Adelaide has warm sunny weather almost all year round, with maximum average of 22.3°C. Spring (September to November) offers a variety of outdoor activities including exploring the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, Jurlique Farm and the Spring Garden Festival. Summer is the best time to explore popular beaches such as Glenelg, Henley and Port Noarlunga, enjoy lively events and cycling festival, without any humidity like more northern South Australian cities. Autumn (March to May) brings beautiful autumn hues to the Adelaide Hills. The vineyards are harvested and is a great time for wine tours.
