Selected international flights now have Wi-Fi over Australia
We're expanding our inflight Wi-Fi to selected international flights. When travelling on a Wi-Fi enabled A330-200D or B737-800 aircraft to destinations including Singapore, Bali, Jakarta and Manila, you can now connect to the internet while flying over mainland Australia.
Once onboard your Wi-Fi enabled aircraft, connect your own device to Qantas fast and free inflight Wi-Fi in three simple steps:
Select the 'Qantas free Wi-Fi' network in your settings once onboard.
Follow the prompts on the 'Welcome Onboard' screen to connect.
Once you're connected, you're ready to access the internet and start exploring.
- Keep Flight Mode activated throughout the flight.
- To ensure an enjoyable flight for everyone, switch your device to silent. Voice and video calls aren't permitted.
- Wi-Fi is available on all Qantas Australian domestic and selected international flights operated by A330-200D and B737-800 aircraft, and coverage may be limited on some routes.
- Wi-Fi isn't available on flights operated by QantasLink.
