How do I earn Qantas Points from staying at an Accor property?

To earn 3 Qantas Points per A$1 spent on eligible hotel stays at participating Asia-Pacific Accor properties, please ensure your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is linked to your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account prior to your stay. 

Stays must be booked directly with Accor (via Accor websitesOpens external site in a new window, Accor booking office and hotels) or travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Make sure you provide your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account details when booking and present your ALL membership card to hotel reception at check in for points to be awarded. Qantas Points and Reward points will be credited to members’ accounts within six weeks of completion of the corresponding hotel stay. 

What happens if I book an Accor property through Qantas Hotels?

If you book your Accor stay at a participating property within Australia via Qantas Hotels you'll earn 1 bonus Qantas Point in addition to the usual 3 points per A$1 spent.

You won’t be eligible for ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points and Status Nights with your stay.

How do I earn ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points from flying?

To earn Reward points on eligible Qantas flights, you must at least hold ALL Gold status or Qantas Frequent Flyer Platinum status. You must also ensure your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is linked to your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account prior to checking in for your flight.

Reward points will be earnt in addition to Qantas Points and Status Credits. Points will be calculated based on eligible spend. Eligible spend is the price paid for the seat including fare and carrier charges, but excluding government imposed taxes or optional fees such as seats, bags, upgrades.

Make sure you add your Qantas Frequent Flyer details to your booking before the flight to earn Reward points. Eligible flights are any Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number on your ticket where Qantas Points are normally earned. How do I complete the fast track to Accor Live Limitless Silver status?

To complete the status fast track from ALL Classic to ALL Silver, Qantas Frequent Flyer members that hold at least Gold status or are a Points Club Plus member must ensure they’ve linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts and complete one eligible hotel stay. 

Points Club members must also have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts and complete two eligible hotel stays (each of at least two nights). 

An eligible stay is a stay made at a participating Accor hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made directly with Accor (via Accor websitesOpens external site in a new window, Accor booking office and hotels) or traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Stays redeemed in full using Reward points do not count towards the criteria of the fast track. Silver status will be processed after the completion of the required eligible stay. 

Once a member fast tracks to Silver status, they will retain this status for the balance of that calendar year and for the next calendar year. 

Which countries in the Asia Pacific region are included in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless programme?

The countries in Asia Pacific region that are included are Australia, Cambodia, China (including Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR), Fiji, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

How do I get my complimentary Qantas Wine Premium membership?

To receive complimentary membership, you must be an Accor Plus member that holds at least ALL Gold status without an existing Qantas Wine Premium membership. You must also ensure you’ve linked your Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts. The complimentary Qantas Wine Premium membership will be automatically activated within 30 days following successful linking of accounts.

Complimentary membership will be renewed on a yearly basis as long as you remain a linked member with at least ALL Gold status and hold an active Accor Plus membership.  To be a Qantas Wine Premium member and purchase from Qantas Wine, you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, 18 years of age and over, and have an Australian delivery address.

How do I convert my Reward points to Qantas Points?

Simply log into your ALL - Accor Live Limitless accountOpens external site in a new window and click Convert your Rewards Points. You'll be asked to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and how many Reward points you wish to convert. The minimum number is 2,000, and the conversion rate is 1 Qantas Points for 1 Reward point.

Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within six weeks after conversion. The conversion to Qantas Points cannot be reversed, refunded or converted to any other reward option. 

How do I unlink my Qantas Frequent Flyer and Accor Live Limitless accounts?

Qantas Points Club members who have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Silver status after they complete two eligible stays (each of at least two nights). Eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. When do I provide my membership numbers?

Hotel stays: Provide your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account details when booking and present your ALL membership card to hotel reception at check in for points to be awarded. 

Qantas flights: Add your Qantas Frequent Flyer details to your booking before the flight to earn Reward points. 

Points conversion: Log into your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account and click Convert your Rewards Points. You'll be asked to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and how many Reward points you wish to convert. The minimum number is 2,000, and the conversion rate is 1 Qantas Points for 1 Reward point.

How long until I get my points?

Hotel stays: Qantas Points and Reward points will be credited to your account within six weeks of completion of the corresponding hotel stay. 

Qantas flights: Reward points and Qantas Points will be credited to a member’s account within six weeks of completion of the corresponding flight.

Points conversion: Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within six weeks after conversion. 

Members will be able to earn double Reward points with ALL - Accor Live Limitless on eligible Qantas flights when they book and fly between 18 April 2023 and 31 May 2023. Members must hold at least ALL Gold status or Qantas Frequent Flyer Platinum status. Members must ensure they have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer account to their ALL - Accor Live Limitless account prior to checking in for their flight. Reward points earned with the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme are in addition to the Qantas Points and Status Credits earned with the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
