Our research into Australian consumer attitudes on sustainable goods and services.
We have created unique partnerships that use research and experiments to deliver critical consumer insights on environmental sustainability. These include data analysis by Qantas Loyalty’s Red Planet and Harvard University's STAR Lab.
In 2018 we launched the Qantas Future Planet Insights Report (PDF) - a benchmark study of Australian consumer attitudes on sustainable goods and services. It's a longitudinal study that will be repeated annually.
What our research tells us:
- There is a strong view that businesses have a key role to play in tackling environmental issues.
- Consumer demand for 'green' products or services is clear.
- Market demand for sustainable goods and services transcends traditional 'environmentalists'.
