Our Wi-Fi enabled aircraft are back in the skies on selected domestic flights operated by our B737-800 and A330-200 fleet, in partnership with Viasat.

How to connect to Qantas Fast and Free Inflight Wi-Fi

Once onboard, connect your own device to Qantas Fast and Free Inflight Wi-Fi on domestic flights in three simple steps;

Step 1

Select the 'Qantas Free Wi-Fi' network in your settings once onboard.

Step 2

Follow the prompts on the “Welcome Onboard” screen to connect.

Step 3

Once you’re connected, you're ready to access the internet and start exploring.

A few things to remember

  • Keep Flight Mode activated throughout the flight.
  • To ensure an enjoyable flight for everyone, switch your device to silent and refrain from voice and video calls. 
  • Wi-Fi is available on selected domestic flights operated by B737-800 and A330-200 aircraft and coverage may be limited on some routes.
