Things to know

There are several types of Qantas Club memberships available, depending on your eligibility.

All new memberships have a once-off join fee and can be signed up to for a period of 1, 2 or 4 years. The longer the membership period, the more you could save.

You can earn 3 points per A$1 spent when you join or renew your Qantas Club membership with cash or credit card.

Replacement cards can be purchased for A$10 by contacting us.

Partner membership

Save up to 40% off individual membership fees.

Your spouse or partner can also enjoy the exclusive privileges of the Qantas Club at reduced rates, whether you travel together or separately. To be eligible for a partner membership, the primary member must have a current membership and you must both reside at the same address.

Partner members must have their own membership card to access the lounge.

If you'd like someone to accompany you to a Qantas Club lounge on a regular basis, you may purchase an Annual Guest Card by contacting us. Annual Guest Cards are subject to the Qantas Club terms and conditions.

Points Club Plus or Tiered members

Members who earn 350,000 Qantas Points in a Membership Year, may be eligible for Points Club Plus benefits, including a Qantas Club Individual membership. A maximum of 125,000 points per transaction on the ground and a maximum of 20,000 points earned from flying will count towards these targets. Visit Points Club for details, or log in to My account to see how your tracking towards unlocking the benefits. 

If a member attains or retains Gold, Platinum or Platinum One tier and Points Club Plus level in the same Membership Year, only one Lounge Access benefit will be awarded, and the Qantas Frequent Flyer tier benefits will prevail. Visit Qantas Lounge Access eligibility for details.

1. Join fee applies to both new memberships and lapsed memberships if not renewed within 90 days of the expiry date.

Disclaimer: 3. Qantas Frequent Flyer members will earn 3 Qantas Points per A$1 when you join or renew an Individual, Partner, Group or Corporate Qantas Club membership using cash or a credit card. Points will not be earned if you redeem Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be credited within 60 days of the date of Qantas Club membership purchase or renewal. Qantas Points will not be earned on the purchase of Lounge Access Passes, Qantas Club fees (other than join, membership or renewal fees) or Express Delivery charges.

Disclaimer: 4. The Annual Guest Card is only accepted in Qantas operated lounges branded as the Qantas Club and joint Qantas/British Airways or Qantas/American Airlines®. It's not accepted in other associated and partner airline lounges (American Airlines®) and oneworld® airline lounges.

Disclaimer: 5. Savings of up to 40% against the equivalent Individual Membership fee (membership period and country of residence). Partner membership means a partner or spouse of an existing member can join the Qantas Club at the Partner rate. The primary member must have a current membership and you must both reside at the same address. Partner members must have their own membership card to access the lounge. Partner members receive 40% off the equivalent one, two or four year new join membership fee when paid in cash and up to 40% off the equivalent one, two or four year new join membership fee when paid in Points. Partner members receive up to 40% off the equivalent one, two or four year renewal membership fee when paid in cash and up to 40% off the equivalent one, two or four year renewal membership fee when paid in Points.

7. Corporate membership rates are subject to contract negotiations.

The prices quoted are based on members being Australian residents for Australian Tax purposes and are inclusive of Australia GST or members being New Zealand residents for New Zealand Tax purposes and are inclusive of New Zealand GST. Prices quoted as Other relate to those residents living outside of Australia and New Zealand. Qantas Members can also use Qantas Points to purchase their membership. Individual membership means anyone purchase a single membership for single use. Group memberships offer a group discount for 10 or more Australian residents who join to form a group scheme.

9. An Existing Member must renew prior to their expiry date to renew at the prices listed in this membership pricing table.

Disclaimer: + Points Club Plus members will receive complimentary digital Qantas Club Individual membership for the duration of their Points Club Plus membership. Digital Qantas Club membership means that a member will not have a physical Qantas Club membership card but will be able to access their Qantas Club membership from their smartphone and view Qantas Club benefits online. If a member attains or retains Gold, Platinum or Platinum One tier and Points Club Plus level in the same Membership Year, only one Lounge Access benefit will be awarded, and the Qantas Frequent Flyer tier benefits, which contain more widespread lounge access globally, will prevail.  The complimentary Qantas Club membership benefit is not transferable. Qantas Club members may access a Qantas Club, Qantas domestic regional lounge and a Qantas operated International Business Lounge when their next flight on the same day is with a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ, 3K and GK) flight number on their ticket. Partner and Associated lounge access is subject to various conditions of entry. Qantas Club members will also be welcomed at the Emirates Business Lounge in Dubai when their next onward flight that day is a flight with a Qantas (QF) flight number.
