For departures on or before 10 March 2023: all travellers aged 12 and above departing from China, including Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, are required to provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test result, taken within 48 hours of departure. Exemptions apply for transiting passengers and for medical reasons.
