Dubai Connect is available for passengers who've made an eligible booking that complies with the following connection requirements:
- First and Business passengers, when the best available connection through Dubai is more than six hours and less than 24 hours.
- Premium Economy and Economy passengers with eligible bookings, when the best available connection through Dubai is more than 8 hours and less than 24 hours.
To be eligible for this service, you must be travelling on a Qantas or Emirates operated flight, and your itinerary must be on a single Qantas or Emirates ticketed booking.
Any services provided as part of Dubai Connect are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Dubai Connect must be booked at least 24 hours prior to departure of your flight to Dubai.

If you booked your flights on qantas.com and your booking is eligible for the service, simply log on to Manage booking to book Dubai Connect.
If you booked your flights through a travel agent and your booking qualifies for Dubai Connect, your agent can book this service on your behalf.
Unless specifically requested, your baggage will be automatically checked through to your final destination and will not be accessible in Dubai.
We recommend that you pack everything you need for your stay in Dubai in your carry-on baggage.
Your Dubai Connect voucher will be given to you on the day of your flight's scheduled departure to Dubai.
Your voucher contains information about your stay and must be kept handy, as you'll need it to present at immigration in Dubai, at your coach transfer and upon arrival at the hotel as requested.
One night of accommodation will be provided at the Copthorne Hotel Dubai, Le Meridien Airport Hotel Dubai, Arabian Park Hotel Dubai or another hotel at the discretion of Qantas.
The number of rooms provided depends on the number of passengers in the booking. A credit card may be required on check-in at the hotel to cover any charges not included in your Dubai Connect stay (such as mini bar, spa, or restaurant charges other than those listed on your voucher).
Upon arrival in Dubai, Emirates staff will assist you to transfer to your hotel.
If you're a First or Business passenger, proceed to the clearly marked Chauffeur Drive desk, where you will be driven to your Dubai Connect accommodation. Return to Dubai International Airport is via a Chauffeur Drive luxury car.
For Premium Economy or Economy passengers, a complimentary coach service will transfer you to your Dubai Connect accommodation, and back to Dubai International Airport before your flight on presentation of your voucher.
In order to be eligible for Dubai Connect, you must be successful in obtaining entry into the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Certain nationalities do not require visas to enter the UAE as one will be issued on arrival. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International Airport and proceed to immigration, and present your Dubai Connect voucher along with your passport and travel documentation. Read more about UAE visas.
If your nationality requires a UAE Visa, a visa voucher will be provided with your Dubai Connect stay vouchers. You'll need to present this at the Emirates National Bank of Dubai (ENBD) desk prior to immigration.
