How to change your flight

As travel requirements continue to evolve across Australia and the world, it goes without saying that plans may need to be altered at a moment’s notice.

If you have to make use of Qantas Fly Flexible and change the dates of your flight, simply go to the Manage Booking page, enter your booking reference and last name, and select the change option before your scheduled date of departure.

The new flight dates must be within 12 months of your original booking date and fare differences may apply.

How to use your flight credit

If you aren’t sure when to rebook your flight for, you may prefer to request a flight credit instead – just remember that fare differences may apply when making your new booking and they’ll need to be covered by you.

Flight Credits are valid for one year from the date you made your original booking and the Qantas standard fare rules apply.
