Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in the Mission. After experimenting with growing their own cacao plants and pan roasting beans in the oven, this group of friends opened a store back in 2010 and now struggle to keep up with the demand. You can do a tour of their factory/café and watch them roast, crack and temper batches of beans before molding each bar by hand. They also offer chocolate classes, with plenty of tastings.
