The Webster

The brainchild of native Parisian Laure Heriard-Dubreuil, The Webster is a small designer department store – or big boutique – and, arguably, the chicest shop in the city. After stints working for Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga, Heriard-Dubreuil opened The Webster in 2009. Since then, she has grown it into a bright light for the wealthy , especially those who visit during Miami’s annual Art Basel. Featuring a carefully selected range of women’s and menswear from both known and up-and-coming designers, Heriard-Dubreuil calls upon her connections in the world of fashion to commission exclusive ranges and limited editions. There are two branches of The Webster in Miami (another, smaller, store is in Bal Harbour to the north) but the candy-coloured Art Deco building on Collins Avenue is the original and most delightful.
Location
SoBe for short, South Beach brings Latino sass and sensuality to the puritan shores of the United States. Lined with iconic Art Deco hotels and some of the best restaurants in America, South Beach can be glam or rowdy but it’s never boring.
