Dominated by a wood-fired paella station, classics like gazpacho, chorizo and decadent Ibérico Bellota pork steaks have the comforting warmth of a family meal – if your dad happened to have once worked at elBulli. And if you’re in the mood for something really special, try for a seat at é, his “secret” restaurant out the back. A three-month advance booking is required but the experience at this once-in-a-lifetime molecular destination is worth the wait.
