Here’s a shock – a cabaret lounge that is also one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. Hidden up the back of The Cosmopolitan, just near the entrance to their extravagant buffet, Rose. Rabbit. Lie. is a jazz supper club concept that somehow manages to combine entertainment you’d actually like to see with food you'd actually eat. OK, the wine list suffers from “Vegas inflation” but with dishes like caviar tacos, rabbit fricassee and bone marrow on toast, you won’t find much to complain about on this menu. The bananas foster is flambéed tableside – a kitschy old-school touch that only adds to the grown-up party atmosphere.
