Helmed by three ex-El Bulli chefs  – Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas  – this is a restaurant in Barcelona that every foodie is talking about. Like El Bulli, the cuisine is an experimental gastronomic journey and all you can do is sit and enjoy the ride as they carry out the 17 courses of their Disfrutar Menu or the 25 courses of their Festival Menu. Unlike El Bulli, while you need to book ahead, it is not as exclusive as the one-time-a-year booking window.


Eixample is a large, centrally located district of Barcelona – you’ll find long, tree-lined, busy streets; desirable apartments; and many of Gaudi’s most popular buildings, including Casa Batllo and Casa Mila/La Pedrera.
