James Bond may not be propping up at the bar but that hasn’t stopped Miss Moneypenny’s from becoming one of Noosa’s slickest establishments. That said, it’s not intimidating and you’re not likely to feel out of place no matter what your age or dress sense. Dim lighting and a varied menu – everything from pizzas to lamb rump or squid linguine – make this an excellent choice for a first date or a gathering of friends (including well-behaved children). Given its reputation locally, it’s no surprise that Miss Moneypenny’s has won a swag of awards, including Regional Bar of the Year in the 2014 Australian Bar Awards. James would be proud.
