This grand heritage-listed former bank has been lovingly restored and transformed into a beautiful up-to-date Chinese restaurant and bar spanning three levels.

The soaring ornate ceilings, plush velvet furnishings and original timber panelling set the scene for a fine-dining experience. Dumpling masters work their magic in the open kitchen, turning out exemplary dim sum. From another section of the kitchen come silky steamed scallops with black bean and chilli. Then there are striking free-range Black Namoi chickens hanging alongside glossy ducks and crunchy pork belly, which is served simply with fragrant herbs and chilli. Or choose a Queensland grouper, live crab or lobster straight out of the tank.
