Eva’s has a minimal menu – think granola and banana breads, sandwiches, toasties and salads – but it has maximum charm. Both kid and dog friendly, it’s open for breakfast and lunch. Outside, shaded by huge trees and shrubs, there’s a broad deck and lawns dotted with scattered tables and chairs. Inside, there are timber floors, mismatched tables, botanical prints and a vibrant yellow chandelier. After eating and drinking, explore Darwin’s peaceful botanic gardens.
