This well-established Port restaurant sources as much product from local suppliers as possible, including excellent oysters and cheeses from the Hastings Valley Dairy and nearby Comboyne. The menu isn’t extensive but it is full of flavour Asian and other international influences are reflected, even in dishes featuring the Australian national emblem, like grilled chermoula-marinated kangaroo fillet, chorizo empanada, chickpeas, rainbow chard and zucchini pickles.
