Guided by Byron Bay chef Nathan Sheehan, the three-hour “Bay Gourmet” walking tour (1.30pm Fridays) is a highlights reel of Byron’s culinary delights, with tasting stops at cafés, restaurants and bars, including a few local secrets and plenty of honest advice about where to dine after the tour. Nourish also runs an all-day food safari into Byron’s hinterland, unearthing some of the best and most eccentric growers and giving you the opportunity to sample produce you’d never find otherwise (10am-4pm Saturdays).
