And you will wait. And then you will wait a bit more. Get a beer while you do. But then! Then your patience shall be rewarded with a burger proportionate to your face and dripping with signature homemade chili aioli. Whether you can finish it or the burger defeats you is another question altogether but, whatever the result, you’ll understand what the cult of Brod is all about.
