Eighty/Twenty Food

Want to kick-start the day in the healthiest way possible? Eighty/Twenty Food (the name is a homage to the 80/20 diet, which espouses being “good” 80 per cent of the time) does a mean Apple & Coconut Bircher with slivered almonds, fresh fruit and a green juice shot to boot. Into your greens? Try the Green Nourish Bowl, a breakfast salad of asparagus, kale, cauliflower, grilled zucchini, roast capsicum presto and a poached egg.
