Wild Rocket

Helmed by the pioneer of modern Singaporean (“Mod Sin”) cuisine, chef Willin Low’s flagship restaurant is a true feast for the senses and a celebration of all things Singaporean, from the tableware to staff uniforms and, of course, the food. Low first garnered attention for his Laksa Pesto Linguini; eight years on, he continues to expertly fuse the best elements of Singapore hawker food into fine dining cuisine. How? Through dishes like his take on chwee kueh, which replicates the look of the typical breakfast dish with a radish cake using Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, chai poh (preserved radish) and truffle oil. Reserve a spot at the bar for the eight-course omakase tasting menu, where Low personally introduces each of the gorgeously plated, innovative dishes being served, complete with personal anecdotes.
