Jigger and Pony
Jigger and Pony pays homage to the cocktail scene during the 19th century but its drinks are anything but staid. During the 6pm and 8pm happy hour you’ll have access to a list of cocktails not otherwise on the regular menu. Gin drinkers can try a Bee’s Knees (Beefeater gin, orange blossom honey and lemon), fizzy fiends can choose between two Prosecco-topped options – the Flamingo and Elderflower Spritz – while classic cocktail consumers can go for an Old Fashioned. Cocktails are $S14 (normally $S22), Asahi beers are $S12 and an Australian chardonnay or pinot noir $S14. There’s also a few salty bar morsels on offer, including an antipasti bowl of olives, boccocini, tomatoes and basil and arancini balls with onion puree. 101 Amoy Street, Singapore; (65) 9621 1074
