New! Qantas is piloting check-in kiosks and bag drop on selected flights to Auckland from Sydney International Airport - designed to offer you a faster and easier check-in experience.

You can also check in before you get to the airport with online check-in or on the Qantas App from 24 hours up until 2 hours before departure.

Alternatively, our friendly staff are on hand at the airport ready to assist you with checking in. We recommend that you check in at least 2 hours before your departure time.

Once you have checked-in, you can make your way to our exclusive international Business lounge to relax before your flight. At the gate, a dedicated boarding lane for international flights allows you to board the aircraft at any stage.

You can keep connected with our dedicated conference and meeting room facilities, now open in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Townsville and Darwin.

With state-of-the-art facilities including teleconferencing equipment and data projectors, they also feature dedicated ‘break-out’ areas where you can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. The facilities are available to all at very competitive rates.

Your Seat

Styled by internationally acclaimed designer Marc Newson, your ergonomic seat offers a comfortable recline and a wider seat of up to 22 inches. Additional support is found through an adjustable headrest, wide seat back and an extendable leg rest with fold out foot rest. Storage solutions are provided for your personal items, and a soft pillow and sheet-backed blanket to help you get some rest.
