Qantas Catering Group Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary that operates two catering businesses - Q Catering and Snap Fresh.
Q Catering focuses on the design, production and delivery of meals within the aviation industry. We have centres in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth that cater for airlines all over the globe.
The Snap Fresh research and development kitchen is based in Queensland. From here the team create tailored menus for airline, defence, healthcare and food retail industries within Australia and around the world.
Qantas Freight is Australia's largest independent air freight services business, shipping more than 4000 air freight items to over 500 destinations globally every day. Dedicated cargo handling terminals are available in 22 locations around the world and our trusted business partners also offer road transport and door to door services to complete the delivery cycle.

Express Ground Handling
Express Ground Handling, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas Airways within the Qantas Airports and Catering Group, provides comprehensive ground handling services to Jetstar and several regional airlines.
Qantas Holidays, part of the Jetset Travelworld Group wholesale suite, is one of Australia's leading travel wholesalers. Qantas Holidays markets an extensive range of competitively priced products and services covering the Qantas network, including partner airlines and codeshare services, as well as packages for other airlines under the Viva! Holidays brand. In addition to destination specific promotions, Qantas Holidays sells packages to a number of special events in Australia, such as popular stage shows and sporting events.
On 30 September 2010, the Jetset Travelworld Group LTD which comprised of Qantas Holidays, Qantas Business Travel and the Jetset Travelworld Retail Group, completed a merger with Stella Travel Services PTY. LTD. The merged company is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange as The Jetset Travelworld Group (JET) and is an integrated travel business operating a number of wholesale (Inbound and Outbound) travel businesses, a range of franchise based and affiliate retail travel agency networks, an air consolidation and airline representative operation, as well as, corporate travel management services.
The Jetstar Group is a value based, low fares network of airlines operating in the leisure and value based markets offering all day, every day low fares.
The Group consists of:
- Jetstar Airways in Australia and New Zealand (wholly owned by the Qantas Group);
- Jetstar Asia, based in Singapore and managed by Newstar Holdings, majority-owned by Singapore company Westbrook Investments (51 per cent), with the Qantas Group holding the remaining 49 per cent;
- Jetstar Pacific, based in Vietnam and majority-owned by Vietnam Airlines with the Qantas Group holding 30 per cent); and
- Jetstar Japan, a partnership between the Qantas Group, Japan Airlines, Mitsubishi Corporation and Tokyo Century Corporation.
The Jetstar Group currently offers more than 4,000 flights a week to more than 75 destinations in 17 countries and territories across the Asia Pacific region with a fleet of more than 120 aircraft.
Jetstar first started operating in 2004 and has grown to become one of the largest low cost carriers in the Asia Pacific by revenue. Since establishment, the Jetstar Group has flown more than 200 million passengers.
