Meeting Rooms situated within Qantas Club Lounges require a minimum of one business day’s notice when booking online for bookings on weekends and public holidays, subject to availability.

Meeting Rooms situated within Qantas Club Lounges require a minimum of one business day’s notice when booking online for bookings on weekends and public holidays, subject to availability.
  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • Guests are required to ensure bookings include adequate time to set up and pack up as the Meeting Rooms will need to be vacated at the end of their booking. Access to Meeting Rooms before booked times is not available and extensions to bookings are subject to availability.
  • Credit card details are required to confirm your Meeting Room booking. Your credit card will be debited on the day of the meeting and for cancellation fees.
  • Upon arrival, guests must proceed to the reception desk.
  • Smart, casual dress standards apply as a minimum at all times and entry may be refused if customers do not meet that standard. Bare feet or clothing with offensive images or slogans are not acceptable. In addition, for Meeting Rooms located inside a Qantas Club lounge, individual lounges may have Club Rules regarding specific items of clothing which are not acceptable. Individual lounge managers and/or Meeting Rooms staff will have the discretion to administer these standards as they reasonably deem appropriate in the circumstances.

Equipment, facilities and services

  • Subject to availability.
  • Requests for additional equipment must be made at the time of booking.
  • Some optional services may incur fees, including international faxes.

Catering

  • If you request catering, please refer to your booking confirmation email for menu selection and ordering. Catering orders must be submitted by 12 noon one business day before the start of your booking. All food and beverages must be provided by the Qantas Meeting Rooms.
  • Cancellation fees may apply.

Rates

  • Rates are in Australian dollars, include GST and are correct as at 1 May 2016.
  • Charges reflect the number of people attending the meeting and the time required.
  • Discounted 'Member Rates' vary according to the particular domestic terminal. If bookings do not qualify for 'Member Rates', Qantas Meeting Rooms are available at 'Standard Rates'. View Meeting Room rates.
  • Additional charges apply for weekend and public holiday bookings in Sydney and Melbourne, charged at double the applicable Meeting Room rate for a minimum of 10 people for the applicable time period. Normal charges apply for weekend and public holiday bookings in Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin and Gold Coast.

Cancellation fees

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to Qantas Meeting Rooms in the relevant location, otherwise full charges may apply.
  • Cancellation notice excludes weekends and public/bank holidays.
  • Cancellation fees apply to bookings which are cancelled by a guest:

Between 7 business days and 72 hours 25%
Between 72 hours and 24 hours 50%
Less than 24 hours 100%
