Choose where and when you will pick up your car. If you're not dropping off at the same location, you'll have the option to enter another drop-off location. You can choose to search one car provider or all Qantas associated providers. When you're ready, select 'Go' and you will be able to choose your car from the search results that follow.
Your rental details will be displayed at the top of the list of cars available during your rental period. Scroll through the list to find the right car for you. You can hover the mouse icon over the symbols to show details including how many people the car can accommodate, whether it's manual or automatic transmission and others.
You need to login to your Frequent Flyer account to 'View in points'. This option is only valid for Avis and Budget car rentals in Australia and New Zealand.
Select your car then select the 'Details' button to confirm your rental details and enter your booking information.
A red star indicates when a special promotion offer is valid for a car.
GPS navigation can only be selected when paying in cash. If paying for your booking in Qantas Points, contact the car provider directly to request a GPS.
Confirm your rental details at the top of the page. To continue, fill in the details of the lead driver, or your details if you are hiring the car. Where you see a red asterisk, these details are compulsory. To continue, don't forget to check the box that says you have read the important information about making a car booking. Once this is complete, you can select 'Book' to confirm your booking.
Rental company loyalty number can only be entered when paying in cash.
Your car is now booked for the rental period you requested. Review your rental details on this page. If paying for your booking in cash, payment is taken at time of vehicle collection. We show an estimated price on pick-up because of factors outside of our control, including road tolls or airport exit fees, may be applicable at the location. When paying with points, Qantas Points are deducted at the time of booking.
Your details are shown at the top of the page. You can edit your contact details before you collect the car.
Your rental details are also shown on this page, including pick-up and drop off information, and the location and phone number of the rental office. The estimated price is also shown, if paying with cash.
A promotion code will be shown if a special or promotion was included in your initial booking.
From here you can add another car to your booking or cancel.
Your confirmation email is your handy and easily-accessible confirmation of your booking. It shows all your booking details, including your Qantas booking reference, the car confirmation number, pick-up and drop-off location and time, the estimated price for cash and other important information to be aware of.
From here you can link to the 'Manage Your Booking' section of the Qantas website to view or cancel your booking.
