Depending on eligibility of fare conditions you may be able to hold your booking in credit or refund. If you are unsure of your fare type, visit Manage Your Booking or call a Qantas Contact Centre.

If you agree to the Refund or Voucher Conditions you must acknowledge this by ticking the box at the bottom of the page.

Once you are ready to cancel the flight to create your 'credit voucher' or 'refund', select the 'Continue' button. Alternatively, if you do not want to create 'credit voucher' or 'refund' select the 'Back' button. This will take you to the Manage Your Booking page.

Confirmation

The Confirmation Page shows the relevant information about redeeming your voucher or your cancelled flights.

When you are ready to use your 'Credit Voucher' go to Manage Your Booking and enter your voucher reference and last name.

Your voucher can be used towards any fare on the Qantas network from or within Australia.

Note: Jetstar flights are not permitted.

If your booking permitted a refund please allow 2 business days for Qantas to process. The credit card provider may take additional time to process the credit to your account.
