Domestic customers are enjoying more generous portions, fantastic quality, more choice and a more streamlined service as a result of renewed investment in our food and beverage offering.

Chermoula Crusted Fish

Australia's finest restaurant in the sky is now open between east and west coast of Australia. You'll now enjoy International Business dining on domestic flights between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.*

Enjoy an expanded menu designed by Qantas Consulting Chef Neil Perry, with the addition of small bites and more choices of entrée and main. And the freedom of flexible dining, with a move away from tray-service towards menus and separately plated courses which allow you more personal space. On supper flights, you can maximise your sleeping time with 'small bites' as well as a light refreshment and café style breakfast on arrival.

On all other domestic business flights, you'll still enjoy our innovative menu made from fresh seasonal ingredients and designed by Neil Perry. Hot and cold menus are offered along with award winning wines from the Qantas Wine Cellar and delicious items such as cheese from Bottega Rotolo and handmade cakes from brands such as Manna from Heaven, Madhouse Bakehouse and Simmone Logue.

And of course, complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served on all flights, including a selection of premium wines chosen by industry experts for you to enjoy.

Fresh, delicious and included on every fare

Our breakfast boxes and refreshment options include a selection of well-known favourites and new products sourced from local suppliers focusing on modern food trends and fresh ingredients. For breakfast, enjoy mouth-watering hand-made yoghurts, and hot handheld products such as Simmone Logue quiches, bacon and egg paninis or omelette bites from Sunny Queen Farms - who offer delicious, golden-yolked eggs, laid fresh on their farms by healthy hens.

Refreshments include tempting cakes and pastries, savoury snacks and delicious slices including our new bush plum crumble slice; a gourmet-style treat from our Indigenous supplier Dreamtime Tuka.

This season's range of hot and cold gourmet dinner packs promise delicious, higher quality meals, and more generous portions. Served for dinner and for lunch on selected services, you'll taste the difference when you try our Korean barbecue chicken and rice and pickled vegetables, or fragrant pumpkin, tomato and almonds with pearl couscous, or one of our new salads including the Thai chicken and noodle salad or hot smoked salmon with mixed vegetable salad.

Wine and beer will continue to be available on selected services across the domestic network. And as always, it's all complimentary with every Qantas fare.
