Stored cards

Logged in Qantas Frequent Flyers and Qantas Business Direct customers can add and store up to three credit or debit cards at qantas.com with a maximum of 20 characters per card name (collectively referred to as 'cards'). When logged in, these stored cards can be selected to make future bookings.

To add stored cards
Frequent Flyers and Business Direct customers can add cards for storage for later use during the booking process upon confirming a new booking, or whilst logged into your Frequent Flyer or Business Direct membership profile.

If more than one Frequent Flyer is in the booking, the card is stored against the logged in Frequent Flyer's membership number only. For Business Direct customers the card is stored against the company's Business Direct Profile.

If you don't want to store your card information for future bookings, please do not tick the box during the booking process.

To edit or delete stored cards
Frequent Flyers and Business Direct customers can edit or delete stored cards by logging in to your membership profile on the qantas.com home page. Simply select 'Your Profile' from the left hand navigation panel, click on the 'Payment Cards' tab and edit or delete your stored card details.

Note that expired stored cards will not be visible on the payment page whilst making a booking.

Security
If you elect to store your card information for future use against your Frequent Flyer or Business Direct membership (either during the booking process or by clicking on the 'Payment Cards' tab) these details are encrypted through HTTPS protocol and then sent from qantas.com to Amadeus, Qantas' external booking engine service provider. Your credit card information will be stored on Amadeus' secure (site/platform) and in accordance with Qantas Privacy and Security Policy.
